Diana Eames is responsible for the aspects of the firm's cost transformation and finance services. Diana's mission is to eliminate the confusion when it comes to financial management and to maximize every dollar spent within client organizations.

Diana specializes in working with small business transformations involving financial re-design, zero based budgeting, net working capital, and risk management. She has worked with clients in many different sectors and industries, and has provided excellent financial management for many multi-million dollar organizations.

Diana holds a Masters Degree in Applied Mathematics and a BA degree in Mathematics from The University of Akron. Prior to working with C C G, she was a college professor for 7 years. Diana's understanding of financials and how you can make them work for your business makes her a favorite among our clients.
