LICENSE AGREEMENT

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of purchase by and between Custom Consulting Group, ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") who has purchased access to the digital content (the "Content") through the Licensor’s website or authorized distributor.

1. Grant of License

Licensor hereby grants Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, and use the Content for personal or internal business use only, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

Licensee agrees to the following restrictions:

No Redistribution: Licensee may not distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Content to any third party.

No Modification: Licensee may not alter, edit, or create derivative works based on the Content.

No Commercial Use: Licensee may not use the Content for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of the Licensor.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Content, including all intellectual property rights, remains the property of the Licensor. No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee through this Agreement.

4. Watermark and Identification

The Content may include a visible copyright with company name and logo or tracking information. Licensee agrees not to remove, obscure, or alter any such copyright or tracking information.

5. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately delete all copies of the Content and cease any further use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Content is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with Licensee’s use or inability to use the Content, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Licensor and Licensee regarding the Content and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
